I enjoyed the traditional Japanese room. It gave me a wonderful cultural experience. The facility was very clean and well kept. I took advantage of the onsens. They are tattoo friendly. I found them quite relaxing after long walks. I also had asagohan every morning. The food was amazing.

I found the staff rather UNFRIENDLY. I felt rushed when I asked questions. It seemed like they were doing the bare minimum, not what I was expecting.
I found the breakfast to be a delight (especially the miso soup!). the staff was very accommodating and ensured my luggage was in my room upon check-in after i arrived early. i particularly enjoyed the onsen. It provided a very rejuvenating experience after long days.
